How To Use
For bath or foot spa:
Fill the bath to at least one third full and add 10–15 drops of oil.
For inhalation:
Add 1 drop onto a tissue and inhale gently.
For oil burner or aroma diffuser:
Add 10–15 drops to water dilution as per device instructions.
External use only. Dilute as directed. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin. Essential oils may cause an allergic reaction. If irritation occurs seek medical advice.
